How long does delivery take?+
Most orders arrive in 2 to 4 weeks. Each product page shows its estimate, and you get a tracking number once your order ships.
Do I need an account to order?+
No. You can check out as a guest. An account just lets you see past orders and check out faster.
Can I return something?+
Yes. You can cancel and return within 7 days of receiving your goods, and faulty items are covered for 6 months.
Are import duties included?+
Yes. Our prices include applicable import duties and VAT, so there are no surprise charges on delivery.
How do I pay?+
Securely by card through our payment provider. We never see or store your card details.
Can I track my order?+
Yes. As soon as your order ships we email you a tracking number where the courier provides one.
