Your right to cancel

Under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act you may cancel an online purchase within 7 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason and without penalty. You pay only the direct cost of returning the goods.

Faulty or wrong items

If an item arrives damaged, defective or not as described, contact us within 6 months of delivery. Under the Consumer Protection Act you can choose a repair, replacement or refund. Please send photos of the item and the packaging.

How to return something

Email store@visualversatility.co.za with your order number and the reason. We will confirm the return steps. Items should be unused and in their original packaging.

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving and checking the item.
